Welcome to Lodgeur at Mid Main Lofts! This trendy apartment community is in the heart of Midtown, Houston’s most walkable neighborhood. This 6th-floor furnished studio apartment (626 SF) is perfect for short and extended stays, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a workspace with fast WiFi. Onsite, there’s free parking, a pool, and a 24/7 gym.

You will be staying in a private apartment (a 626 SF studio on the 6th floor), so you’ll have the space to yourself. You’ll be able to pick up your keys 24/7/365 with our self-check-in process once you’ve completed our guest verification process with your government photo ID.

Each Lodgeur listing is fully equipped for both short and extended stays. You’ll be able to:

1. NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS. This is a residential community. Please respect quiet hours from 9pm-8am. 

2. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Prohibited inside the property (including balconies / patios, if applicable), in the building, or the building's outside amenities.  

3. MONITORING DEVICES. We use a range of smart devices to monitor compliance with our House Rules. These may include: privacy-compliant decibel-monitoring for excessive noise during quiet hours, smart sensors that will send us a notification if tobacco or marijuana smoke is detected, and entryway cameras to ensure occupancy limits and pet restrictions are respected. Tampering with these devices is against the House Rules. The Apartment Community in which you are staying also has a video surveillance system of public areas.

4. NO PETS ON SHORT-STAYS. However, service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are accepted if you notify us at time of booking. On extended stays (30 night minimum) emotional support animals are allowed, and pets may be accepted subject to registration, additional fees, and other requirements.

5. GOVERNMENT ID AND MATCHING CREDIT CARD. To abide by legal requirements and building security rules, each adult guest is required to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and for the person paying to provide a valid credit card with a name that matches their ID for fraud prevention purposes. This information must be submitted through our online check-in and verification portal before access is granted. For security reasons, the Apartment Community does not allow Guests access until the screening process is complete.

6. BACKGROUND CHECK. For the safety of other guests and residents, all adult occupants consent to a background check from consumer or criminal record reporting agencies for the purpose of evaluating the booking (these checks may include civil and criminal information, records of arrest and rental history).

7. ADDITIONAL FEES. If you break or damage something, lose items (such as keys, fobs or parking passes), bring unauthorized pets, or check out late, we have the right to charge you additional fees to make things right for the next guest. We also have the right to charge you to pay fines and fees charged by the building for your actions or omissions.

8. CHECK-IN IS FROM 3PM AND CHECK-OUT BY 11AM. On rare occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, but this requires written permission from Lodgeur, and can usually only be confirmed on the day of check-in or check-out. 

9. OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Occupancy is limited to 2 persons per bedroom (i.e. 2 persons for a 1-bedroom property, 4 for a 2-bedroom property). Babies under the age of 2 are not included in this count. Guests may only sleep on the beds for hygiene reasons.

10. SPECIAL REQUESTS, BABIES. Should you have any special requests, please inform us at the time of booking. If you need a pack ‘n’ play travel crib or highchair (free of charge), please contact us to arrange and confirm availability. Note, however, there may be insufficient room in the bedroom to place a crib (we will let you know based on the Unit).

11. ACCEPTANCE OF HOUSE RULES AND RENTAL AGREEMENT. As part of our online check-in process, you will be required to confirm acceptance of these house rules and to digitally sign a rental agreement. You may request a copy of Lodgeur’s rental agreement prior to booking.

Nice place - clean, comfortable , well equipped, and as pictured. Good instructions for everything. I really enjoyed my stay. However, this unit is right above the light rail station so there is a lot of noise at night. If you’re a light sleeper see if you can get a unit on the side away from the street.

Me and my boyfriend thought was a beautiful Airbnb and very comfortable! It is a studio but very spacious! I loved the location as well! Nice restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The kitchen also had everything we needed to make our Christmas meal! The host was very responsive and nice! We will book again when we come back to Houston!

Good location and it looks like the pictures. The bed is very comfortable and apartment is clean. However there were some things that bothered us a little. Parking is a little confusing the first time you arrive but once you figure it out it’s easy. The metro is right outside the window so it’s noisy and there is a bar as well that has music on till about 11:00 pm.

everything went well for our stay. the elevators inconvenienced us the entire stay though. . we had to walk an extra 5 to 10 minutes pass 2 out if service ones to the single 1 that was in service. we would stay here again otherwise.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations! The location in Midtown felt safe and was great for walking around. It’s also within reasonable driving distance from downtown and the galleria area which is what I wanted. There are also some great restaurants right downstairs and around the area. Check in was effortless. I was on the 6th floor and the view was beautiful during the day and night. I was slightly confused about which elevator to take even with instructions because of my room number, but the leasing office was extremely helpful with this. The apartment itself was immaculate! The size was perfect for a studio apartment and it looked exactly like the pictures, maybe even better. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was amazing (including the water pressure). I really appreciated the little details (laundry pods, feminine products, Bluetooth speaker, extra towels, bottled waters, Netflix access, etc..) that were in the apartment. The bed was extremely comfy and I loved the beautiful green couch at the foot of the bed. The furnishing was well thought out. The walk in closet was an amazing addition and the full size mirror was appreciated. The train does pass by right outside but, is surprisingly quiet that I didn’t notice half the time. Guest parking was also super cheap and you can also get validation as the renter. Seb was also an amazing communicator (though I didn’t need much because everything was absolutely perfect). Overall it felt like a hotel but also home which I absolutely loved. Great job to Lodgeur and Seb! I will absolutely stay here in the future when I visit Houston. My stay was absolutely amazing. At any time of the day some one was available to assist me when help was needed. The loft was spacious and CLEAN. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. Also the decor and view was well worth it.

Great place to stay for either a short term or long term rental! Check-in process and access to the apartment was easy. The apartment was very clean, furnished nicely, and had everything I needed. If you need items, Randall's grocery store is nearby on Louisiana Street or UBER Eats delivers. There are several restaurants/entertainment venues within walking distance. Due to my itinerary, I needed to rent a car. However, UBER and Metro Rail are convenient options to use for transportation. UBER cost between $20-25 from Hobby Airport. While the apartment is in a convenient location, be advised that you will hear music and Metro Rail running adjacent to the building. The noise didn't bother me. From the time of reservation confirmation until check-out, communication was great between the manager and I. The next time I visit Houston, I will choose Lodgeur for my stay.
