Rules and booking policies

House Rules

For the safety and respect of our neighbors, we have some common sense rules that we ask everyone to follow. Here’s a summary:

  • No parties, events, or gatherings. We ask that you respect quiet hours from 9pm to 8am in this residential area.
  • No smoking or vaping. Let’s keep the apartment smoke-free.
  • No pets on short stays. Service animals (as defined by the ADA) are okay but please let us know before arrival. For longer stays, emotional support animals may be allowed, and pets may be accepted with fees, registration, and other requirements.
  • Government ID. We’re required to check and verify the identity of guests before access is granted to the building.
  • Background check. All adults agree to a background check. This includes civil and criminal records.
  • Additional fees. If something is broken or lost, bring unauthorized pets or you check out late, you may be charged extra.

In addition, please note:

  • Noise sensors. We use privacy-compliant noise monitoring to make sure quiet hours are respected
  • Video surveillance of public areas. There are never any cameras inside an apartment.
  • Special requests. Please let us know before arrival if you need a pack and play, high chair, wheelchair, walker, shower chair, or bath transfer bench. These are complimentary for your stay, subject to availability.

Bookings & Cancellations

Before booking, please make sure you understand our cancellation policy, which depends on your length of stay.

Short stays (1-29 nights)

Full payment due at booking on reservations of 29 nights or less. Reservations are refundable if canceled 7 days prior to arrival. No partial refunds if stay is shortened.

Extended stays (30+ Nights)

Initial payment of 3 nights is required for extended stays of 30+ nights, refundable if canceled 14+ days prior to check-in.

Balance of first month’s payment due 14 days before arrival. First 30 nights non-refundable; however, if 14 days’ notice is provided, paid nights not spent are refundable (subject to min. 30 nights).

Yes! You can stay as little as two nights—or as long as you’d like. Lodgeur specializes in flexible extended stays, and our longest guest stay was 517 nights. Book month-to-month with no lease and no commitment.

Are furnished apartments more expensive?

Generally, yes—but you’re getting more.

Furnished apartments cost more than unfurnished ones because they come move-in ready, with furniture, decor, kitchenware, utilities, internet, Smart TVs, and even housekeeping.

Lodgeur’s pricing is all-inclusive and flexible. For extended stays, you can cancel penalty-free with just 14 days' notice.

How much does a furnished apartment cost?
