Resia Ten Oaks is a large apartment community in TMC West / Energy Corridor. The community was completed in 2024 and boasts several hotel-style amenities. Lodgeur guests have complimentary access to all resident amenities, including garage parking.
This TMC West / Energy Corridor location includes a relaxed working environment. There’s everything you need – a coffee machine, fast WiFi, study rooms and a conference room. Great for study, quiet work, or taking a Zoom call.
The Resia Ten Oaks apartment community—home to Lodgeur Energy Corridor—offers a resort-style pool perfect for relaxing after a long day. Whether you’re swimming laps or soaking up the Houston sun, the pool area is a quiet oasis for guests. The pool is open year-round (though not heated), and Houston’s warm weather makes it inviting most of the year. A pool lift is available for guests who need easier access into the water.
The courtway is dotted with five cozy outdoor spots to enjoy food al fresco along lushly landscaped courtyards.
The gym is open 24/7, with equipment for cardio and strength conditioning. The gym and fitness center are located on the first floor of Building 1.
Looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home temporarily? Look no further than Lodgeur Energy Corridor! Our furnished apartments come equipped with everything you need. Every apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen to cook your meals, a washer and dryer for your laundry, fast WiFi and a desk for your work, and a plush king-size bed complete with a comfy memory foam mattress. For your entertainment, there’s a smart Roku TV in each living room and bedroom, a bluetooth speaker, and a balcony with outdoor seating. There’s also plenty of storage space and a large walk-in closet.
The one-bedroom furnished apartments are located on the 9th and 10th floors. At 475 SF they feel extra spacious thanks to the balcony that spans the length of the living room. The apartment features wood floors, walk-in closets, and a tiled bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The two-bedroom furnished apartments are located on the 9th floor. At 720 SF they have two similarly sized ensuite bedrooms with walk-in closets. The open plan living room opens onto a wide balcony.
The three-bedroom furnished apartments are located on the 9th floor. At 891 SF they have a primary bedroom with ensuite bath, and two slightly larger bedrooms that share a second bath. The open plan living room opens onto a wide balcony.
We do not typically offer in-person tours as our fully-furnished apartments are occupied most of the time. And since we only manage a portion of the building’s apartments, we do not have staff in each of our apartments (although our housekeepers are on-site nearly every day).
