The Levy is a newly renovated apartment community in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood—formerly a Four Points by Sheraton. It’s located just minutes from the Texas Medical Center and Greenway Plaza. Lodgeur guests have access to shared community amenities, including on-site parking for one vehicle per apartment.
Guests can access indoor lounge spaces for reading or light work. (Note: the co-working space is currently under renovation and the coffee machine is temporarily unavailable.)
Lodgeur guests at Upper Kirby have access to The Levy’s outdoor swimming pool—open year-round and great for a quick dip or relaxing break. The pool area includes lounge seating and a lift for guests who need easier access into the water.
The fitness center at The Levy is open 24/7 and includes equipment for cardio and strength training. It’s located on the ground floor and available to all Lodgeur guests.
Each floor from Level 4 to Level 9 at The Levy includes a laundry room with washers and dryers. Guests can pay through a mobile app and receive notifications when their laundry is finished—no waiting around or guessing when a machine is free.

We do not typically offer in-person tours as our fully furnished apartments are occupied most of the time. And since we only operate a portion of the building’s apartments, we do not have staff in each of our apartments (although our housekeepers are on-site nearly every day).
