Change of plans? You can terminate an extended stay booking for a corporate apartment on 14 days notice (30+ night minimum).
You can also extend your booking if your search for permanent housing in Houston requires more time.
Lodgeur doesn’t do hidden fees.
There is a one-time cleaning fee for stays under 30 nights. You will see that on the checkout screen, along with your total price. For stays over 30 nights, a cleaning is included every two weeks.
If you’re bringing a pet, we will contact you after you’ve made the booking to take care of any pet fees.
To make things easier, Lodgeur offers monthly payment options for stays over 30 nights. Place a deposit now and pay for your first month 14 days before checkin. (You will see the details on the booking page.)
